Join Carolyn for two blissful hours of Restorative Yoga on Saturday 25 January  2020 from  2.30 – 4.30 pm in Sandringham School’s dance studio.

The workshop for 25 Jan is fully booked but if you are interested email to go on the waiting list or to register your interest for a second workshop later in the term.

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice.  You will be guided into gentle stretches and postures to enable you to completely unwind with the support of bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets and pillows.  Pranayama yogic breathing exercises will help you to connect your body and mind and facilitate healing.  The workshop will finish with yoga nidra meditation and visualisation.  Practising restorative yoga is extremely useful to help recuperate after illness, combat stress and improve sleep patterns.

Wear something comfy and please bring along a couple of blankets and pillows (and a yoga mat and bolster if you have them – some spare mats will be available).
