The courses, which are run in conjunction with Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning (HAFLS) are to support people who would like to improve their confidence and assertiveness skills. This is particularly valuable for people thinking about going back into employment or volunteering, changing career or seeking career development opportunities.
Each course runs weekly for two hours over five weeks and classes will be held at Verulam School in either the morning or afternoon.
